Wall heating: Natural heat from all sides

You are certainly familiar with underfloor heating. Its advantage is that you don’t have to worry about finding slippers on cold mornings. After a pleasantly warm floor, you can get out of bed anywhere on foot. Nowhere will you step on an unpleasantly cold floor. Wall heating is based on a similar principle.

Cold walls – a cold home

Wall heating is:

How does it work?

The wall heating system is the same as for the floors. The entire composition of the wall heating is conducted under the plaster. This makes every wall treated in this way a large-area heating element. The temperature, which radiated from such a surface into the space, heats much more efficiently and, above all, more evenly. Thanks to this, you save on heating, as the heat does not flow from a small point, but from the entire wall.

Wall heating and floor heating

These two types of heating work in a very similar way. Both types work quickly, so you don’t have to wait long until the room is heated to the desired temperature. The heat flows over a much larger surface area and is distributed evenly. This is also why a combination of these heating methods is used:

Wall heating is ideal for use in special spaces where we need to prevent condensation on the walls – for example in bathrooms, swimming pools or wellness centers.

How can you save on wall heating?

As we already mentioned, wall heating heats the room evenly. The heat radiated from a larger area and thus heats the space much faster. Ideal temperature distribution will allow the user to reduce the temperature in the room by 3 to 4 degrees. Energy saving is 6% even if you reduce the temperature by only one degree.

Heating and design

Where the heating is conducted in the wall or in the floor, the pipelines are not visible. Optically and physically, the space is enlarged, the room is not „spoiled“ by unsightly radiators. You can arrange the furniture without restrictions.
