Heat pumps use free energy from nature – soil, groundwater or air. To operate the heat pump itself, only electrical energy is needed to drive the compressor (when using heat from the air, also energy for the fan). In this way, compared to the old heating system, you can save 60 to 75% of heating costs.
Heat pumps are the first choice if we want to save heating costs and ecological heat production at the same time. The energy used by the heat pump is provided by the surrounding environment for free and in practically unlimited quantities. A full-fledged heating system consumes only a small proportion of electricity for the drive and pump in order to use this heat potential. The heat pump gives us independence from fossil fuels and actively contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions and climate protection.
